Leasing Executive : Industrial
Primary Purpose of the Job
To ensure tenant retention within the existing portfolio and ensure property income growth.
Key Performance Areas (KPA's)
Setting a leasing strategy for the company in conjunction with the property / asset management team to improve the letting strategy within the portfolio.
Encapsulating, but not limited to the following services :
The retention of existing tenants through innovative letting initiatives.
Maintaining awareness of commercial, industrial and retail property trends that may lead to / open up new opportunities and create competitive advantage for the company.
Concluding value adding transactions (with all relevant supporting documentation) in line with or in excess of projected budgets and forecast.
Assist in leasing reporting.
Providing assistance in all leasing functions and associated matters as may be required by the company.
Develop and maintain strong customer relationships and industry network to maximize tenant retention.
To assess staff functions within the respective functional areas and conduct regular performance reviews.

Business Management, property, auditing or accounting or similar tertiary qualification (desirable)
