Reference Number : 305-1406LH Job Description : Our client is seeking an experienced Dealer Development Manager with a background in sales and marketing within the earthmoving equipment sector to join their team in Gauteng.
Responsibilities : Develop and expand on sales channels throughout the regions / territories that the company operates in.
Maintaining and improving market share by means of effective sales and marketing initiatives.Maintaining dealer relationships.
Identifying and prospecting sales and market share growth opportunities.Dealer meetings to facilitate sales and promotional prospects.
Attending trade shows to support dealers / customers.Carry out dealer assessments and corrective actions.Manage tendering, costing, quotation and delivery processes of equipment.
Providing technical support and advice.Planning and implementing sales training for dealers.Budgeting and cost control.Managing equipment pricing and ensuring profit levels are maintained.
Stock monitoring and management. Requirements : Qualification and Skill Sales and Marketing Degree or similar qualification.
5 years’ experience in earthmoving equipment sales and marketing.5 years’ experience in earthmoving equipment dealer development management.
Well-versed in the full Microsoft Office Suite.Project management experience.Valid driver’s license.Strong interpersonal, project and people management skills.
