Partner as part of an integrated OD team with HR and line on organisation development issues to support the development and implementation of organisation development interventionsCollaborate with key stakeholders to ensure continuous improvement and effectiveness of ODSupport the delivery of HR and OD strategy Has a good understanding of OD programmes / initiatives and supports the execution of business OD initiativesCo-ordinates and manages the implementation of relevant organisation development projects in line with integrated change and engagement processGathers data and analytics, structuring standard reportingBuild effective relationships Build and maintain effective relationships with internal / external stakeholdersWork with the various service providers to ensure the effective implementation of the agreed services / offerings within the businessCo-ordinate and support the delivery and implementation of the following organisation development capabilities within the business : Organisation DesignPerformance ManagementChange ManagementAssessmentsLeadershipRelevant 3 year degree in Social Sciences or Commerce (e.

g.
