Key ResponsibilitiesLead all aspects of Project Management activities from project conception to completion, including scoping, planning, status tracking & stakeholder management and reporting.
Ensure effective governance and management of project stakeholders.Take accountability to manage project risks and issues to ensure projects are delivered within time, budget and quality.
Ensure stakeholder analysis and management throughout the lifecycle of the project.Resolve issues relating to project delivery to escalate timeously to ensure deadlines are achieved.
Monitor and track the status of projects to ensure timeous execution and to identify any possible risks to project completion.
Establish and manage the relevant governance for responsible projects.Contribute to the success of the PMO by constantly analysing best practices for effective project delivery.
Attend internal governance forums where required and contribute to these by executing on requirements.Provide leadership and manage the performance, productivity, development and wellbeing of project team.
