There is an opportunity for an API Integration Consultant to join a segment of the business that supports client developers during the integration into their platform of World-Check data via the API, which enables the global financial community to fulfil regulations crafted to combat financial crime.
The Risk business is well established with a strong client base and experiencing significant growth globally. We are currently growing our Implementation team to meet the needs of our clients.
SOME OF THE DAILY TASKS :
To ensure the best use of World-Check One API for our clients and provide proactive onboarding through integration discussions,
Execute multiple customer implementation projects in parallel,
Data analysis and data mapping,
Provide updates on new data elements introduced into the products and advise on further product strategy,
Provide feedback to internal teams with a view of driving future product improvements.
WHAT TO BRING?
Proficiency in English,
Robust technical experience backed up with a deep understanding of troubleshooting REST API queries and sophisticated API debugging skills,
Good knowledge of HTTP methods and HTTP requests of the REST API,
Experience in integrating an API into CRM systems / other platforms,
Experience in validating a client’s API development work,
Technical problem-solving skills of complex issues, and follow-through actions including documenting and sharing solutions,
Excellent, well-developed interpersonal, client-facing skills; written and oral.
YOU WILL BE EVEN MORE COMPETITIVE IF YOU HAVE :
Familiarity with a programming / scripting language : C#, C++ or another common programming language,
Understanding of financial crime and AML preferred,
Basic knowledge of JSON and programming languages or Visual Studio / Eclipse,
Intermediate knowledge of monitoring tools like Splunk / Grafana / AWS CloudWatch Dashboards.
