Student Relationship Manager (JB536)

Manage, plan, and monitor quality support services towards excellent service delivery to students, potential students and staff

Educational Requirements for the Student Support Manager :

5-8 years experience

Previous experience within a similar role

Previous managerial experience

Previous customer support service experience

Knowledge of CRM

Duties and Responsibilities of the Student Support Manager :

Manage student queries in general and ensure that the relationships between the College and its students is professional

Ensure that all student queries are finalized satisfactorily

Keep record of student queries and the outcome thereof

Manage the CRM system to ensure that all issues / queries / complaints are received, transferred, and finalized.

Manage and control student support services budget

Manage and develop departmental staff

Participate in management structure to ensure strict compliance to HEQC / CHE / DoE policies and requirements

Arrangement of meetings

Attend meetings and workshops


Daily and weekly management meetings

Monthly reporting and quarterly reporting

Manage staff training
