  • Job description :

  • The provision of application maintenance and support services
  • Investigation and resolution of issues, including performance monitoring
  • Provide advice and training to users
  • Close collaboration with the system’s developers
  • Carries out agreed operational procedures, including network configuration, installation and maintenance
  • Collect and report on network load and performance statistics
  • Implementation of maintenance and installation work
  • Carry out system backups, restoring data where necessary
  • Investigates problems in systems, processes and services
