A World-Renowned Travel & Leisure organisation with an impeccable reputation is searching for a Head of Finance and Administration to run their innovative department.

The individual’s responsibilities as the Head of Finance & Administration will include but not limited to :

  • Completion of consolidated management reports, profitability reports and balance sheet ratios
  • Maintain client relations whilst negotiating payments
  • Effective operation of the AP and AR functions
  • Increase profitability and efficiency, reduce risk, identify threats and improve controls
  • Ensuring that staff are developed to their full potential
  • Identify training needs, complete appraisals and mediate disputes when necessary
  • Handling of any ad hoc request from the CFO, CEO or COO
  • In addition to the aforementioned responsibilities the following traits and qualifications would be beneficial :

  • CA or CIMA
  • 5 years or more managing a team
  • Travel industry experience is essential
  • Dynamic and able to handle any ad hoc requests
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Prior experience managing an Accounts Payable and Receivable team
