Minimum Requirements Qualification(s) : 4 year Degree (Safety Risk Management or Related) Experience 7 Years related minimum experience.

Skills and Competencies Knowledge of ISO9000, 14000 and 18000 codes of practice Knowledge of OHS Act Knowledge of risk planning and risk performance measurement Analytical and surveillance techniques Interpersonal skills Facilitation and communication skills Understand budgeting, financial and statistical systems Knowledge of auditing techniques Occurrence management Knowledge NKP Act Knowledge of PSR & ORHVS Key Responsibilities Provide Assurance, legal & compliance direction for the SHE programme at Power Station matters pertaining OHS Act and other relevant legislation and also ensuring compliance thereof Quality management and business processes management Management of the occurrence management and audit processes Provide direction and support in terms of integrated risk management Provide an integrated business improvement function Manage fire station, Emergency Preparedness function and medical centre.
