Bottling Efficiency Reports
Verifies data captured on the efficiency reports
Liaises with the Shift Supervisor on downtime identifying route cause and loop closure
Reports abnormal efficiency deviation concerns to the Production Manager and planner
Update trackers daily
Production Runs
Assist the Production stock controller
Update production runs and reconciliations accordingly
Stock verification with dry goods and warehouse controllers
Staff Records
Oversees time and attendance reports and program
Assists the Shift Supervisor with the preparation of timecards and documentation to be submitted timeously to the Payroll Administrator.
Manage "Return to Work" documents ensuring information is accurate and up to date.
Manage training Matrix with a well-planned training plan
Identifies staff shortfall and assist with development
General Tasks
Assists the Production Manager and planner with bottling reconsolidation queries and the investigation thereof.
Manage and update supplier monitoring records quarterly
Verifies all QMS reports accordingly (Cleaning, Knife, Glass & Brittle, Chemical, Locker Inspection Registers and Training Registers)
Assist with monitoring of QC score cards and weekly score card reports
Conducts daily GEMBA walks with shift leaders
Manage all internal and external audit findings and recommendations
Buddy for the SAWIS clerk, WOL submissions / Pink cards / DUFF
Assist the SAWIS clerk with preparation of production bookings where required
Qualifications and Experience
Minimum 2 years experience in similar position
SAWIS Certification Course
Valid drivers license
Skills & Competencies
Good product and production process knowledge
Sound knowledge of SAWIS Certification requirements
Knowledge of QMS Procedures
Knowledge of SAGE and computer literacy is essential
The Main Responsibilities :
Work closely with other developers on the application and RF field calculation engine (C++), as well as supplementary tools written in Python.
Making recommendations for feature implementation from a software perspective to the team.
Communicating and utilizing the internal resources available (developers, business analysts, QA, UX designers, etc.).
Requires a personality to take initiative and identify creative solutions to problems.
Essential Criteria :
Knowledge of C++ and Python (at least 1 to 2 years)
Strong communication and people skills
Relevant degree or diploma required

Experience with GUI development using tool such as HOOPS, Parasolid and Qt.
Experience with Object-orientated design principles
An understanding of the product life cycle in agile environments
Exposure to software life cycle management tools such as GitLab
