Our Senior Sales Advisors are responsible for leading the team by setting an example of what fantastic customer service looks like.
You will be responsible for converting customers in to sales and ensuring your store looks visually exciting!
New team members and those less experienced will look to your for support and coaching on areas like the cash desk and fitting rooms processes.
In this role we are looking for someone who can manage the cash desk operation, including returns, the cashiers and ensuring the cash desk procedures are adhered to.
You must also be able to implement the Deployment Plan and deploy staff effectively on the sales floor.
The ideal candidate must be able to demonstrate a positive, can do’ approach to activities in store and communicate in a positive way to customers and colleagues.
The ability to work productively within a fast paced environment is essential as well as the enthusiasm to learn and take on more responsibility.
