Main Responsibilities :

  • Manage the companys accounting process
  • Management accounting preparation (working with an external Financial Manager)
  • Budgeting (working with an external Financial Manager)
  • Accounts receivable and accounts payable
  • Full supplier processing
  • Wage preparation and management
  • Inventory control
  • Preparation for filing all statutory requirements (with an external Financial manager)
  • Requirements :

  • BCom Accounting Degree, or similar
  • Minimum 5 years experience in a similar position
  • A thorough understanding of accounting and financial management
  • Understanding of all government financial regulations and requirements
  • The ability to prepare management accounts (Under external Financial Manager guidance)
  • Competent in Pastel Accounting, Inventory and Payroll
  • Strong Excel knowledge
  • Extremely thorough
