The Organisation requires the services of an Administrator : Board Secretariat. This position will report to the Board Secretary and will be based at SANParks Head Office in Groenkloof, Pretoria.

Requirements : Be in possession of a National Diploma in Admin / Secretarial / Office Management.A CIS qualification will be an advantage.
At least 3 years of experience in a Board support roleProven experience in drafting minutes and reports.Must be willing to travel occasionally.
Conflict management.Be able to maintain confidentiality (high level).Planning and organising skills.High level of accuracy and attention to detail skills.
Responsibilities : Drafting minutes and Board reports.Compilation of meeting packs.Maintaining registers and records.Assisting in the preparation and monitoring of the budgets.
Provision of general administrative support to the Board Secretary.Ability to work independently and under pressure.
