Lead Specialist : Insights DevelopmentIntroductionA prominent financial services organisation has a vacancy for an individual who has an ability to independently determine efficient task sequences.

The purpose of the role is to provide advice and support in practice formulation and associated best practice improvement tactics as well as enabling the provision of specialist business related insights.

DescriptionDevelop and implement research methodologies and techniques that enable business reporting and decision making.

Plan for value-added practice improvements, initiatives and services to deliver on tactical strategy and objectives.Optimise goal achievement through area of specialisation value-

add research and development of practices aligned to tactical strategy and goals.Investigate, analyse and develop organisational best practices, inclusive of best practice implementation guidelines and thought leadership.

Draw on own technical or professional knowledge and experience to identify and develop solutions for practice related and tactical problems.

Use the insights gained through business information reports to advise on success and to identify areas of potential re-alignment of objectives.

Synthesise complex data from multiple sources to deliver business insight and strategic guidance to business leadership teams.

Process large sets of data and connect that with actions that can drive business impact.Implement practices which build service delivery excellence according to TCF principles and encourage others to provide exceptional customer service.

Contribute to a TCF service excellence culture, which builds positive relationships and provides opportunity for feedback and exceptional service.

Monitor and enforce effective financial control, governance and compliance throughout area of specialisation.Participate in specialist communities of practice and contribute positively to own and organisational knowledge improvement.

Positively influence change by providing mechanisms and support to implement major changes in area of speciality.Develop and align governance, compliance, integrity and ethics policies in own practice area to identify and manage risk exposure liability.

ProfileBachelor's Degree and Advanced Diplomas.Must have at least 5 to 8 years' experience in a similar environment, of which 2 to 3 years at specialist level.
