We're looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company.Responsibilities : We are seeking an experienced and talented sales professional to drive new services business into the customer base.

Success will be measured by meeting quarterly and annual bookings targets, as well as specified objectives to ensure quality business.

Create and maintain the territory strategy and plan in alignment with ACS and Oracle business objectivesMaintain a constructive sales relationship with senior business and technical stakeholders within the customer to understand requirements and priorities and then influence as appropriate.

Build and maintain effective relationships within the broader Oracle sales and pre-sales organizations and be an active contributor in relevant areas.

Proactively identify, qualify and close new business opportunities in your accounts / territory.Develop and present the ACS value proposition to customer stakeholdersWork with business development and delivery resources to accurately scope engagements to meet customer requirementsBuild and maintain professional sales relationships with customer key executives and stakeholdersAccurately forecast opportunities in Oracles Fusion CRMLead price and commercial discussionsCollaborate with other lines of business to increase Oracles value to the customerMaintains the highest level of compliance with Oracles internal policies and business practices.

Fully aware of technology trends, industry standards and terminologyProfile : Being a proactive self-starter is a key attribute and being able to manage work under tight deadlines is a key requirement.

The successful candidate will be able to prioritize and manage a number of concurrent sales cycles. Strong written and verbal communication skills.

The person will be a proactive and constructive sales contributor within a number of cross line of business sales teams as well as directly with customer stakeholders and will be expected to lead internal ACS contributors such as pre-sales to provide timely and targeted services proposals for each deal.

Essential skills and experience : Proven success with professional services sales or managed services salesMinimum 7 years IT experience, with a minimum of 5 years sales / business development experienceProven relationship building skillsWell developed and proven commercial acumenHighly effective communication, presentation, organisation, co-ordination and negotiation skillsProven team playerResults oriented - strong personal drive to succeed and can-do attitudeWilling to travel
