Minimum Requirements :
Minimum 3 years Diploma or Degree in Human Resources Management.
Post graduate qualification in IR (essential).
Minimum 10 years work experience in a similar role.
Skills in negotiation, mediation and arbitration.
Excellent verbal and written communications.
Strength in situation leadership, ethics, problem-solving, strategic thinking and cultural competency.
Ability to effectively train and develop employees and line managers to improve workforce capability, integrity, confidentiality, the ability to work with a diverse group of people.
The ability to solve employee relations related problems amicably.
Demonstrable experience of managing highly contentious people issues effectively together with strong inter-personal and communication skills.
