Responsibilities :

Develop, review and refine in consultation with EXCO the Company’s business strategy, execute the strategy and obtain a leading position in the marketplace;

Working with the management team to satisfy consumer needs, develop and nurture new and existing customers, partnerships, strategic alliances, and other market opportunities;

Be the chief ambassador for the Company, ensuring that the company is well-positioned in the public marketplace and building relationships and credibility with stakeholders;

Be the primary spokesperson for the Company;

Provide high-level tactical leadership to the Board and the management team;

Motivate a high performance, innovative and results-driven organization;

Develop performance measurements and ensure these metrics are achieved

Requirements

Qualified CA ( SA)

10 years of MD / CEO experience in the Food / FMCG Industry

Advanced Excel skills / experience

Financial / Marketing and Sales acumen

Operational Management experience

Must be fully vaccinated

Only SA Citizens will be considered
