Projecting performance and recommending budgets required to meet targetsCampaign creation, optimization and budget management on Google Search, Display, YouTube, Discovery AdsCreating and managing custom audiences based on dynamic business objectivesLiaising with Google LCS team and participate in and report back on the performance of beta features being testedCompetitor MonitoringStaying up to date with the latest features and trends on the platform and regular A / B testing of various performance-based strategiesBrand Lift surveys and analysis to measure the success of YouTube campaigns Organic Social Media Management : Facebook NB, Instagram, Twitter and YouTube managementOrganic social media content strategy creation to meet business objectivesExperience working with creatives and creative briefing skills essentialPresenting social media content plansBasic design & video editing skillsScheduling and reporting on engagement of organic social media postsYou be required to assist with social community management as / when needed - Experience working in Brandseye or similar tools advantageous Paid Social Media Campaigns : Facebook Blueprint Certification essentialPresenting and building campaign strategies to meet business objectives and lead targetsr>

Facebook Pixel tracking and management thereofIt is important that the candidate is familiar with recent tracking changes on both Facebook and Google platforms, understands the impact thereof, and is able to implement the necessary changes as required in order to meet platform policies and minimize the impact on campaign performancer>

Google Data Studio reportingExperience working with data analysts in order to identify and track key performance metricsAdvanced Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint skills requiredExperience tracking, measuring and reporting on offline conversions essentialComfortable presenting reports to Exco as / when requiredExperience working with Tableau advantageousReporting on performance of creative assets on both social media, Google and YouTube and using insights from previous campaigns to optimize the strategy of upcoming campaigns Other responsibilities include : Website content management - loading and managing articles, videos, and other content on the website using our custom Content Management Systemr>
