ROLE OVERVIEW The *Digital Media Specialist* is a multi-faceted role focusing on nudges project-related social-media sourced sample recruitment campaigns together with designing, implementing, and monitoring nudges corporate on-line presence to achieve both nudges project recruitment and corporate digital marketing objectives. FORMAL ROLE QUALIFICATIONS
A Bachelor's Degree with majors in : English, journalism, communications, marketing, creative writing, technical writing, or information management.
Five 5 years corporate work experience in a Digital Marketing; Media Buying and Media Campaign role(s). EXPERIENCE & REQUIREMENTS
Advanced knowledge of and ability to apply the latest techniques and business standards in terms of advertising and managing campaigns on Social Media Platforms such as : Facebook;
Instagram; Snapchat; Google-Ads; Pinterest, Linked-in etc.* Knowledge and experience in key areas of marketing (SEO, social media, content marketing, email marketing etc.
Creative content design skills (both in terms of text and visualisation)* Know how to plan, create, implement, and monitor a marketing strategy to ensure effectiveness.
Understand and use marketing management and measurement tools to manage and enhance recruitment and marketing campaigns* Experience with visual communication principles* Familiarity with web design ()and content management systems* Flexibility in terms of days and hours of work the nature of the role requires weekend work * Sound practical experience in Microsoft Office software packages, i.
