Midrand - My client is a company that provides retail customers with a once-source opportunity for complete category management, from product innovation and range development to a menu of services from how the ranges are delivered and managed in-store to sourcing the ranges for them.

Duties and Responsibilities Grow volume, revenue and share in the Key Account Develop, sell, and execute effective ranges with identified customers Develop and keep updated an account plan to the Cosmic standards per customer Manage all key customer accounts, listings, and range executions Develop specific standards for merchandising range, promotions, and the like Provide pre & post execution evaluation of marketing programs and communicate to the field Monitor account profitability and forecasting Execute plans with assigned customers Communicate standards and customer commitments to the field Issue a promotion calendar on a timely basis Monitor performance and compliance, taking corrective action where necessary Conduct Business Reviews with senior managers Collect customer feedback Setting objectives and tracking results Set clear objectives that are consistent with company forecasts Ensure all accounts are visited on an appropriate frequency Ensure each team member sells effectively in the marketplace via the sales manager Ensure clear communication and adherence of pricing and promotions Review progress vs objectives on a bi-weekly basis Analysis of images from field and merging with set planographic regulations Identify & Win New Business Identify and evaluate new business opportunities (new distribution / new customers) & develop targets to secure Coaching Assess performer capability and provide development feedback Model desired behaviours & skills during coaching sessions Deliver group training as required Lead problem solving and address team issue Monitor sales and merchandising Monitor current sales and merchandising standards Analyse current in-store planograms and rework them to maximize shelf share and shape Providing management with reports identifying problem areas and presenting possible solutions Monitor and communicate store relays and changes with Sales Manager You will be required to fulfil the National Sales and merchandising manager’s function if she is absent for whatever reason Client Liaison Laisse directly with key accounts and buyers Solve client issues Communicate, develop, and process campaigns, ideas and action solutions List lines and ensure full range capacity at all clients Visit key accounts regularly and assist buyers to tailor ranges in accordance with need Prepare for Key account Reviews and set up reviews wherever necessary Social Media Maintain and establish growth in : Social Media Followers Facebook Engaged Users and Impressions Facebook Daily Reach Facebook Page Likes Twitter Key Stats Twitter Recent Hashtags Twitter Recent Mentions Instagram Key Metrics Increased brand awareness Positive feedback of a focused corporate culture Promoting Cosmic brand (internally & externally) Working Hours Monday Thursday from 7 : 30 16 : 15 with a 30-minute lunch break.

Requirements / Qualifications Matric Qualification Young graduate preferential Intermediate / Advanced experience in excel Valid Driver’s Licence
