Primary Functions of the Role

  • Manage day to day operations of the Digital Skills pillar within Social Impact
  • Researching new technologies and alternative methods of efficiency
  • Focus on internal stakeholder relationships in execution of internally focused initiatives
  • Actively manage the Learner Management Portal
  • Leads the Digital Skills information management and reporting system
  • Maintains data integrity in programme records and document management
  • Should possess strong quantitative and analytical skills and Collaborative worker and teambuilding ability
  • Analyse business operations and identifying customer needs in order to bring the two closer together
  • Qualifications

  • 5 8 years experience in programme management experience
  • B Degree or relevant post-graduate / honors degree
  • Evidence of programmes previously worked on
  • Commercial acumen
  • Program Management / Stakeholder Management / Risk Management
  • Negotiation skills and Influence
  • Leveraging opportunities
  • Detailed Orientated
