Specific Skills / Qualifications :

Matric1a

Relevant Secretarial Qualification.

Microsoft Office Power Point, Word, Excel and Outlook

Strong communication skills

Team working skills

Positive attitude : Adaptable and Flexibility

Tact, discretion and diplomacy

The ability to be pro active

Strong ability to exercise ndependent judgment

Daily Duties :

Perform full function secretarial duties, maintaining reports and providing support information.

Maintain executive diaries and arranged appointments

Assist executives in preparing reports and presentations.

Screen calls, act as gatekeeper and as a communication link between clients and the executives

Prepare agendas on a daily basis.

Prepare and maintain files and confidential records

Draft, proof, and edit internal and external correspondence

Salary Offered :

R380000 : Benefits; Bonus
