Designing, developing and documenting complete test routines and test cases using testing technique knowledge Conducting solution testing, documenting the results and monitoring the performance of tests and reporting thereon Reporting to stakeholders about progress on test execution, the logged defects progress / resolution.
Preparing and implementing best practice standards on test documentation Applying governance according to approved standards, templates and checklists defined in the agreed standards Provide user support for logged problems and information requests by, Investigating and analysing the problems, identifying resolutions and facilitating the implementation of resolution.
Providing system solution training by conducting and facilitating training courses, Signing off training material for changed and new processes and transactions.
