The current requirement is for a candidate that would extract data for cross-selling purposes, from the current infrastructure to generate sales leads.
About the candidate : Applicants must have a high proficiency in SQL, Microsoft Access and Excel including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables and Data Tools.
In addition to this a good understanding of data relationships such as primary keys, one-to-one and one-to-many relationships and how those affect report outputs.
Candidates should also be able to analyze the business process to develop a logical business rule to produce data, identify trends and variances in data to develop testable hypotheses to uncover root causes.
About the position : The Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Analyst is responsible for reporting and analyzing the performance of marketing campaigns and the leads generated by those campaigns.
In collaboration with sales management, the CRM Analyst defines the key milestones in the sales process (i.e., the number of customer leads received, contacted, qualified, and converted to a sale) to measure performance.
The CRM Analyst uses tools such as Excel and SQL databases to produce reports on lead performance and make recommendations to improve performance through better targeting, sales tactics or both.
