We're looking for someone that is a team player, analytical, creative and curious. Someone that is eager to develop innovative ways of enhancing the TikTok brand off-platform.

As a member of our content operations team, you will collaborate with the content editorial, content partnerships team and other stakeholders.

Responsibilities - Develop and implement content promotion initiatives to further enhance the TikTok brand off-platform.

  • Create and maintain brand promotions and content campaigns across several different social media networks.- Must be data-driven.
  • Cooperate with editorial managers to amplify trends and campaigns on the TikTok-Africa official accounts.- Upgrade operational workflows and own project management for all TikTok Africa official accounts.
  • Work with content insights and content editorial to execute content amplification plans to drive adoption among new users.
  • Responsible for proof reading and writing all editorial copies shared on TikTok Africa official accounts. QualificationsQualifications- Bachelor’s degree in digital marketing, or related fields.
  • 3+ years of experience working in a creative role ideally at a top consumer tech or media company. - Copywriting experience is a plus.
  • Passionate about internet trends and pop culture- Team player, strong people skills, and ability to engage on all levels of the organisation- Proven track record of operating independently, managing multiple projects simultaneously, with strong attention to detail- Creative mindset and ability to think outside of the box - Great judgement and editorial instincts- Ability to initiate and drive projects to completion with minimal guidance TikTok is committed to creating an inclusive space where employees are valued for their skills, experiences, and unique perspectives.
