Division and Department :
Minimum Skills and Knowledge Required :
5+ years in MS Dynamics CRM consulting experience (Dynamics 365 is a must)
At least 5 years of end to end implementation project experience
Understanding of other Dynamics365 modules / applications such as Marketing, Sales, Finance and Operations is highly beneficial
Experience of developing plug-ins or external software built on Microsoft
Research standards and best practices concerning your key focus area (projects) and communicating your findings to your team and the company
Assist Developer Leads with application architecture and execution and communicating your findings to your team and the company
Documentation commenting code, updating WBS, Technical Documents, Handover Documents and accurate time capturing.
Experience working within an AGILE SDLC methodology
Business Analysis / Requirements scoping and documentation
Other project team related activities to ensure development delivery, e.g. on time attendance to stand-up, show and tells and deployments
Technical concept training where required
Collaborating with project managers to ensure effective communication to clients
Strong Dynamics CRM365 Experience
Strong communication skills
Ability to work independently and part of a team
Experience working with PowerBI beneficial
Bachelors / Diploma

Addition of new functionality and expanding Dynamics feature set including workflow components
Project Management of any new requirements, features or projects
Enhancement of process and, feature and functionality build within Dynamics365 stack
Management of internal and external stakeholders for Dynamics365 projects
Support and Troubleshooting for business users on Dynamics application stack
