By admin Comments are Closed 21 September, 2021 1 Main Purpose of Position : To manage and ensure the growth and development of the relevant brand sales and product management.

Key Performance Areas : KPA PERFORMANCE STANDARDS Increase partner breadth. Improve partner status through effective enablement’s and promotion of the brand.

Guarantee penetration outside of Gauteng region Develop growth strategies with unmanaged partners. Manage the Sales of the Brand Driving revenue targets through targeted set of Relevant brand partners, resellers Driving Relevant brand Strategy and portfolio within existing and as per the Focus list Display key competencies of knowledge re relevant brand programs and relevant portfolio of products.

Quarterly Business Review Session with Relevant brand Drive targeted partner development planning and review as per the focus list.

Drive Relevant brand Product Strategy and overview sessions with Business Partner. Existing and New (brand specific) partner recruitment and Development On-boarding process re Operational processes within focus list.

Build and manage effective relationships with relevant brand team members. Ensure the satisfactory execution of the aligned business plan in conjunction with Strategic business partners Execs and Brand Manager Demonstrate sales growth.

Report opportunity details to Relevant brand on a regular basis (weekly) showing deal progression and pipeline creation using Customer Relationship Management system Ensure that sales targets are achieved and report any deviations with detailed explanation.

Ensure targeted profit margins are achieved. Ensure rebate targets are achieved as set out in accordance with sales budgets.

Ensure weekly activities and minutes of meetings are reported to Brand Manager. Ensure productivity reports are submitted to Brand Manager.

Continuous certification around the brand(s). Marketing Engage with brand in Quarterly and Annual Marketing Planning sessions with Relevant brand and (non-Relevant brand Targeted Partners Partner Enablement (Target, Certifications, growth) Execute quarterly Promo and Programs planning session.

Develop an Account Plan that documents the key sales & marketing strategies and a management system that measures performance and success within the focus list.

People Management Attend training provided by Relevant brand to become totally self-sufficient in the sales of Relevant brand products Administration Load CRM Request and evaluation quotes for submission Follow up on quotes.

Follow up on operations responses. Manage SLA with brand operations. Managing the deal from start to finish Cybersecurity knowledge or previous working experience in cybersecurity is a must.

Cybersecurity(S+) certification will be an advantage. Minimum 3-5 years external sales experience Knowledge of key security brands in the market Technical understanding of networks and networking Technical understanding of public cloud providers (AWS + AZURE)
