Location : JohannesburgSalary : R10 500 per month CTC commensurate with experience and qualification Qualifications / Requirements : Post Matric HR or Business Administration qualificationMinimum of 6 months experience in the HR administrative environmentUnderstanding of LRA, BCEA, Employment Equity Act, Skills Development Act, BBBEE, SAQAGood customer service skills and understandingAbility to plan, schedule, prioritize, focus and keep others informedStrong MS Office skillsStrong organizational and planning skillsExcellent written and communication skillsAbility to work independently and within a teamCustomer service orientatedAttention to detail, accurate and deadline drivenKey Performance Areas : Payroll input : Ensure all payments are madeNotify early payments to relevant stakeholders to maximize pointsReceive application forms from employeesEnsure supporting documents attached and forms are signed by ManagersScreen advances by checking qualifying criteria and historySubmit to HRM for authorizationAdvise employees on declined advancesAttach banking details and submit to payrollEnsure the accuracy and completion of all employee and position data in ACCSYS : Job grades, reporting structure, job titles, occupational levels and categories, SOC codesLink employees to correct leave entitlementHR administration : Setting up of disciplinary hearingsAssist with recruitment / setting up of interviews / sending candidates calendar invitesFiling to be completed on a weekly basis into employee filesCreate new employee files and use checklist to ensure all documents are receivedEnsure removal off terminated files and use of terminated checklist to ensure all relevant documents are received and signed off by all relevant partiesEnsure all terminated employee files are scanned and saved on the HR Shared driveAssist the HR department with any other admin related workAccess cards : Monitor and manage access control cardsIssue access control cards to new employees, when necessaryRespond to all queriesProvide administrative support to colleagues as requiredKeep employee’s files up to dateIOD / disability : Capturing of all IOD claimsFollow up and closing off all current / new claimsFiling all claims in the IOD FileCapturing all IOD / disabilities on HR trackerEnsuring IOD leave days are captured on ESSSubmission of all Disability claim to Old MutuallCreate and save all IOD claims and disability’s on the HR shared drive
