  • Brief DescriptionResponsibilities : Major teaching responsibilities will involve teaching of Morphological Anatomy to undergraduate and postgraduate medical students and those in allied medical disciplines and science;
  • teaching Biological Anthropology (Human Biology) to undergraduate science and health sciences students; administration of courses;
  • supervision of postgraduate students; generation of research grants and publications; and participation in the activities of the School, Faculty of Health Sciences / Faculty of Science, and the University.

    Qualifications and experience : A PhD in an appropriate field is required. A proven track record in research and postgraduate supervision is essential.

    The successful candidate should have experience in teaching in a Health Sciences / Science context.Remuneration : Dependent on qualifications and experience.

    The package includes a provident fund, medical aid and bursaries for self and dependents subject to University regulations.
