German based company that specializes in logistics software has an opportunity for someone to join their international customer service team.

Responsibilities :

Competent and friendly customer support for our transport management software application CarLo via the phone, by e-mail and via remote maintenance sessions.

Identification and analysis of technical problems and malfunctions as well as finding solutions.

Documentation of customer requests and solutions in the ticket system.

Installation of our software products at customer site.

Configuration of our software solutions according to our customer needs.

Providing customer training on site on how to use the software.

As a member of our external service team you will receive an additional performance bonus based on yearly agreed upon targets.

Profile

Completed bachelors degree in computer science.

Experience in customer IT support and / or IT service desk, preferably for a logistics software application.

Training experience for end-users (essential).

Strong IT knowledge and knowledge of the logistics sector.

Knowledge of SQL databases (essential).

Excellent English language skills.

Valid drivers licence (code 8).

Problems solving, quick thinking, customer focused.

Willingness to travel.

Great work ethic and fast learner.
