Leverage Social Media and Paid Activity to promote roles.Manage talent pools and succession plans to ensure the company can continue to operate in the future.
Work with Heads of Department to plan and predict capacity and hiring need.Develop sustainable and strategic talent acquisition pipelines, working with HoDs.
Source and find candidates qualified for open positions.Perform analysis of hiring needs and provide employee hiring forecast.
Design, plan and execute selection processes (conduct interviews and screening calls, administer psychological tests etc.
Review employment applications and background check reports.Find bottlenecks in the recruiting process.Plan procedures for improving the candidate experience.
Lead, oversee and supervise members of the recruiting team as it grows.Use sourcing methods for hard-to-fill roles.Attend career and college fairs, and similar events.
Determine HR and recruiting KPIs.Reduce recruitment fees, by planning strategic initiatives such as promotion of employee referral programs.

REQUIREMENTS : Qualifications Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or similar relevant field. Experience / Skills 3-5 Years of experience as a Talent Specialist or similar HR or recruitment role.
In-depth knowledge of full cycle recruiting and employer branding techniques.Strong knowledge of Human Resources law is preferred.
Familiarity with a variety of different selection methods (interviews, video, assignments, psychological test etc.).Hands-on experience with posting jobs on social media and job boards.
Experience with HR software, Sourcing and Recruitment Marketing tools.
