  • Finance related tertiary qualification
  • Experience :

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience with Finance / Admin process (Orders / Invoice Payments / Reconciliations / Record Keeping / Petty Cash / Subcontractors)
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience with filing and archiving systems
  • Construction or related industry experience advantageous
  • Knowledge and Skills :

  • Computer skills and proficient in MS Office ( specifically, Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
  • Attention to detail, excellent organisational, planning and administrative skills
  • Discretion dealing with confidential information
  • Professional verbal and written communication
  • Good telephone protocol skills
  • Able to work accurately and independently
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Friendly and professional demeanour
