Key Account Manager Introduction Attract new business through promoting marketing and selling a service This company based in Pretoria is looking for an all rounder in sales related fields Apply Today Description Know and understand all products fully to developing a solid and trusting relationship between key clients and company Resolving key client issues and complaints Anticipating key account changes and improvements Managing communications between key clients and internal teams Working with design creative advertising logistics managers marketing and team members from other departments to ensure all client needs are met Planning and presenting reports Analysing client data to provide customer relationship management Able to use and understand all payments software applications before any sales process takes place Market the product via telephone cold calling at venues and via media Have sufficient knowledge of competitive products To monthly contact priority customers or their representatives to discuss the previous months statistics and performance Regularly train and update users on the system and promote new functionality Working knowledge of the payments industry Facilitate regular innovation meetings and discussions with relevant parties to enhance innovation drive and new ideas Profile 3 years minimum relevant experience in sales marketing and customer relationships Matric or NQF equivalent qualification is essential Degree in marketing advertising or communication are beneficial Formal sales or marketing qualification would be preferred Short courses will be advantageous Sufficient knowledge of banking environment and payments solutions Proficiency in MS Office SAGE We offer Pension Medical contribution Life insurance Phone Laptop Petrol
