Centurion - Responsible for the payroll and benefit administration a range of domestic and international benefit plans.Supports in all aspects of HR activities across the business Coordination and administration of Compensation and Benefits to ensure that the various corporate payrolls are administered accurately and on schedule and that all benefit schemes are managed accurately.
Answers payroll, benefits & employee relation queries from employees and vendors. Manages all benefit renewals across the business.
Provides timely and professional advice to line managers and employees on HR related matters. Management of the company employee wellness program.
Compilation and coordination of the EE report, WSP / ATR reports. Coordination and management of Transformation, Diversity and inclusion.
Coordination and management of Employee relations related matters. Provides recruitment and training administration support including handling applicant responses, compiling offer packs, managing reference and other pre-employment clearance, coordinating induction programs, booking employees onto training programs, maintaining training records, contract administration etc.
Manages expatriate administration across the group providing advice on international assignments as required. Co-ordinates compensation and benefits across the group including salary and bonus administration, benchmarking, expatriate compensation and salary surveys.
Maintains accurate employee and HR records in compliance with HR best practice, retention guidelines and Data Protection requirements.
Implement, communicate and maintain employment policies. Provides on-going support, assistance and audits as required providing expert generalist HR advice.
Travel to site as required. Provides general support to the Director HR as required.
