Our Client is looking for a Farm Operations Supervisor to join their team based in Senegal.

Please Note : This position is remote and candidates must be happy with living and working in a remote area.

Duties to include :

Overseeing daily running of the farm

Workshop stock control system ( WASP ) and ordering

GPS and laser land levelling

Developing Teams

Ensure operations / harvest activities are timely and cost effective

Plan and establish work activities to meet farm operation expectations / sales needs

Track and report farm performance

Key Skills

Ability to lead and develop people with an emphasis on Health and Safety , the latest machinery and technology advances as well as good communication skills.

5 Years of Experience

Qualifications

Minimum of five years farm operations or supervisory experience

Bachelors degree in agriculture, or equivalent a distinct advantage

Technically minded and up to speed with technology
