Must be proactive, able to take initiative, as well as work well under pressure as an individual and part of a team. Must possess good time management skills and be able to prioritize tasks effectively to meet and take ownership of deadlines.
Excellent grasp of Microsoft Office Programs especially Excel. Strong organizational and administration skills as well as the ability to multitask.
Flexibility and adaptability. Have tact and diplomacy along with discretion and trustworthiness will often be party to confidential information.
Previous experience in office management or as a PA. This role would require you to be the Executives right hand. General assistant to the Sales and Marketing Executive.
Setting up appointments and booking the boardroom Provide secretarial services at all key meetings, covering reception duties when the receptionist is absent.
Receive guests at the door, showing them to the boardroom and to ensure the reception and the boardroom looks neat and presentable at all times Acting as the first point of contact for any incoming calls, taking messages and directing calls to the relevant person in the sales office.
Check artwork for advertisements and proofread articles prior to placement Skills & Qualifications : Matric Certificate and / or a Tertiary Level Qualification.
Professional English communication skills, both written and verbal. Valid driver’s license and own vehicle is an advantage.
Exceptional planning, administrative, organizational and time management skills Positive, Energetic and Professional manner Strong report writing and minute taking skills.
High level of professionalism and good office etiquette Sense of urgency and a positive attitude towards work.
