The Senior Engineer : Identity & Access Management role is responsible to implement and execute identity strategy for NTT Ltd and works closely with the global security team to ensure that the business is safeguarded against identity and access related threats.
This person is responsible for protecting critical applications, data and systems from unauthorized access while managing the identities and access rights of people both inside and outside the organization.

Key Roles and Responsibilities :
Support the business imperatives surrounding identity including but not limited to corporate branding, collaboration between NTT entities, partners and clients, to enable rapid M&A strategies
Responsible for delivering enterprise-wide Identity, Access, Directory and Authentication Services for employees, contractors, and vendors with the capability to support cloud and on-premise application services.
Implementation and support of NTT Ltd’s Zero Trust Architectural design principles
Documents the design, operation and troubleshooting of identity technology platforms and procedures.
Documents and demonstrates IAM solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments and clear code.
Consults with business units when implementing access levels for new systems.
Creates and maintains architecture and documentation for IAM systems.
Prepares documentation for audits and acts as the point of contact for audit issues.
Ensures that the Enterprise services and servers remain operational. This effort will include using various methods and tools to monitor AAD, AD and IAM services.
Manage security of systems and inter-application information transfers.
Ownership, adoption, and compliance of IAM governance end-to-end processes, standards, and policies across NTT Limited
Recommend changes and enhancements for improved systems availability, integrity, reliability, performance, and security.
Meet SLAs, and other quality metrics, are being met.
Drive cost and operational efficiencies through automation in the provisioning, entitlement management and revocation of identity access and governance.
Provides after-hours support as needed to address incidents and to maintain systems, support operational efforts and implement changes that would otherwise create business impact.
Knowledge, Skills and Attributes :
Active Directory : 10 years (Preferred)
Network Layer Security : 5 years (Preferred)
PowerShell scripting : 5 years (Preferred)
Microsoft Azure : 1 year (Preferred)
Requires strong knowledge of SailPoint / Okta(Preferred), Active Directory and Zero Trust access architectural principles
Ability to engage with a variety of internal and external stakeholders
Solid interpersonal skills and the ability to build solid working relationships
Thorough knowledge of identity administration and expertise to solve complex issues
Academic Qualifications and Certifications :
Bachelor’s degree or technical institute degree / certificate
Relevant certification is preferred, Azure Solutions Architect expert, Azure Identity, Access Administrator, and certification in one of the following : Azure Administrator, Azure Security Engineer, Security Operations Analyst or MCSA Server 2016.
Certification on OKTA(Professional / Administrator) and SailPoint (Professional / Associate) would be an advantage
Required Experience :
Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills with IAM technologies.
In depth knowledge of authentication and authorization standards such as AD, AAD, SAML, OAUTH, LDAP, Kerberos, OpenID Connect etc.
Good understanding of network layer security, PKI concepts, and cryptographic technologies (i.e., hashing, signing, encryption, TLS, etc.
Knowledge of single sign-on (SSO) authentication protocols, such as SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect (OIDC), and identity and access management (IAM) concepts and principles.
Knowledge of multi-factor authentication (MFA) and use of RADIUS authentication is required.
In depth knowledge of scripting solutions; I.E : PowerShell, .NET, VBScript,
In-depth expertise of the Identity & Access Management (IAM) specifications across Microsoft Azure.
In-depth experience of Privilege Access Management(PAM) and Privileged Identity Management(PIM)
Experience in the design and deployment of Identity and Access Management solutions, including governance, provisioning, authentication, and credential modeling.
Familiarity with Quest products a plus.
Demonstrable experience in a similar role within a complex, large scale (preferably multi-national) technology services environment
Experience with large Microsoft Active Directory and Azure Active Directory environments
Familiar with identity related regulatory and industry compliance requirements across geographies
Minimum of three years advanced identity and access management experience.
Good experience with multiple infrastructure solutions
Solid experience working in an IT services environment
Experience working in a multi-team environment across multiple geographies and time zones
