Mr Price Finance & IT Risk Administrator Mr Price Finance & IT Risk Administrator : Job Summary We’re on the search for a dynamic, multitasking IT-focused Risk and Finance Administrator to join our lively team.

You will be exposed to working in the areas of providing support and guidance on IT Risk or Finance processes, procedures, tools and techniques to Project Managers and their teams.

Duties and Responsibilities Keep divisional Risk Registers and Audit Findings register up to date on the IT Risk or Finance tool Organise and minute meetings, organise travel arrangements and place purchase orders for project-related activities To develop and maintain the governance calendar that informs risk and finance related activities Communication with stakeholders i.

e. sending / receiving info between them Maintain a communications plan, and take responsibility for communication initiatives, assessing the impact and value to ensure continuous improvement To build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and arrange stakeholder / user engagement events Maintain an accessible central repository for risk logs, change control and lessons learnt Support will include tracking and reporting of progress and performance of projects, and the maintenance of project information.

Assist with IT Risk or Finance Office meetings and reporting through minuting and following up on action items. Align with auditors on IT plan and scope : Tracking of audits being completed, loading audit findings on SharePoint, tracking due dates for action items.

Support overall compliance efforts of the department Work closely w / auditors to address control matters Qualifications and Experience Grade 12 (IT, Risk Management, Finance certification preferred) 2+ years of IT Risk or Finance administration or related experience Experience in the project development life-cycle and typical problems associated with the implementation of technology projects Knowledge of IT Risk or Finance methodologies, tools and techniques Knowledge of IT Risk or Finance applications and associated reporting systems.
