Responsible for maximizing the sales team potential, recruiting and training sales staff and running the sales office operations daily.
Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing a sales team of up to 15 team members.
Duties and responsibilities :
Increase customer base by meeting / exceeding monthly, weekly, daily sales budgets.
Constantly working on filling the lead funnel (lead generation) for the branch.
Recruitment and selection of amazing sales brokers, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales brokers.
Continuously developing your sales team through training, motivation, counselling, and product knowledge education.
Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
Analyse sales, revenue and expenses reports with management team constantly aiming for a profitable branch.
Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
Run daily operations of sales branch.
Experience and qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in business or related field OR
2 5 years of Sales Management experience.
Hospitality Sales is highly advantageous
Computer knowledge, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Successful previous experience as a sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
Experience managing and directing a sales team.
Committed to continuous sales skills training.
Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization and having a healthy attitude to all fellow employees.
Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
Strong business sense passion for sales.
