Centurion, Pretoria : LITIGATION SECRETARYMinimum Requirements : -Well presented and professional BEE female, aged 20-35 years.

Good English proficiency (speak, read and write)-Matric / Grade 12-Secretarial qualification advantageous-Minimum 4 years recent experience as a Litigation Secretary at a law firm a must, attending to Labour Law, Privacy Law, Family Law and / or Civil Litigation-Independently functional-Computer literate in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)-Familiar / proficient in billing system (Law74) preferred (training provided)-Strong Dictaphone typing experience essential-Excellent typing skills (speed & accuracy) with typing speed of minimum 60 words per minute-Must reside in / near Pretoria (able to commute)-Drivers license and own vehicle preferred / advantageous-Accurate, attention to detail and able to quickly grasp new concepts (adaptable)-Organizational skills (deadlines and urgency)-Hard working, with ability to work under pressure-Punctual, intelligent, and resilient-Loyal and committed-Stable employment record and contactable references-To start as soon as possibleDuties : -Typing of Litigation documents, notices and pleadings (Labour Law, Privacy Law, Family Law and Civil Litigation)-Dictaphone typing-Receiving and sending of emails (Outlook)-Secretarial and receptionist support service to office manager-Receive telephone calls and refer the calls to the correct role players-Record appointments and events in the diary of the relevant role player-Accept delivery of documents-Opening and archiving of files-Attend to the administration of office filing (physical and electronic)-Diarising files and following up on outstanding issues-Liaising with clients, the Sheriffs office, counsels, CCMA, bargaining councils, and courts-Arranging for urgent service of legal documents and follow up telephonicallySalary : Negotiable depending on experience (Market related)
