A vacancy has arisen for a Payroll Generalist
Collect and verify employee and timekeeping data.
Assist in co ordinating wages, deductions, commissions, benefits, etc.
Review computed wages to ensure accuracy.
Update payroll information for promotions, transfers, terminations, and new hires.
Record and maintain employee records and payroll transactions.
Prepare statements reflecting earnings, taxes, and deductions.
Resolve issues regarding payroll.
Ensure compliance with company policies, relevant industry regulations, tax, and deduction laws.
Prepare payroll reports for management
Relevant Payroll Qualifications
5 plus years experience in payroll coordination / as a Payroll Generalist
Good working knowledge of payroll practices and tax laws.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proficient in MS Office and good knowledge of relevant Payroll software and databases
Trustworthy with attention to confidentiality
Outstanding organizational ability with great attention to detail
Time management skills.
