Purpose of the job :
Maintaining records for all transactions, preparing monthly and quarterly financial reports and processing reimbursements.
Key Results Areas include :
Create and update spreadsheets of daily transactions.
Manage accounts receivable and payable.
Review and process reimbursements.
Maintain reports on financial metrics, including investments, return on assets and growth rates.
Keep records of invoices
Identify and address account discrepancies
Experience & Competencies :
Proven work experience as a Finance Administrator, Finance Assistant and or similar role
Hands-on experience with accounting software, for example Great Plains
Well versed and practical hands on experience with MS Excel, working with spreadsheets etc
Thorough understanding of bookkeeping process
Must have worked to tight deadlines, within a project-based environment
Qualification with the Finance Diploma and or Degree
