Summary : The purpose of this role is to drive sales performance, customer satisfaction, market penetration and other sales activities within the assigned area to achieve short and long-

term targeted sales volume, profitability and market share.

Qualification required :

Must have a completed 3 year university degree majoring in marketing couple by relevant industry certifications.

Experience required :

Must have over 5 years of outside sales experience within the lubricants industry for a major oil company within RSA.

Must have a proven record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.

Must be computer literate with a working knowledge of MS office and use of customer relationship management (CRM) software.

Skills required :

Ability to organise, prioritize, and multitask effectively.

A high work ethic.

Well-developed verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present professionally to all levels within an organization are a must.

Strong interpersonal skills with the proven ability to build and maintain customer and vendor relationships.
