One of the best IT companies to work for is looking for an experienced Business Unit Manager with strong sales focus and new business development background.

The candidate must have understanding of the current EIM market, have Sales / Account Managers reporting to them and be able to report to Exco level.

KEY SKILLS :

  • Experience in the sales of Enterpise Information Management Solutions comprising Enterprise Content Management, Business Process Management and Experience Management Solutions will advantageous.
  • Extensive sales and management experience in the business applications space and / or enterprise IT solutions.
  • Experience selling at C-level
  • Analyze and explore market trends; identifying new opportunities in assigned region
  • Manage the sales pipeline proactively to ensure attainment of the individual and Business Unit contributions in line with target expectations.
  • Responsible for recruitment across the Business Unit, Performance Management and coaching of the EIM Solution Sales team.
  • Coordinate with other business unit managers, integrating objectives and ideas for organizational growth
  • Provide effective management to organization’s business activities that have to do with its strategic and financial growth
  • Drive the general professional development and career development within the team.
  • Participates in monthly Exco meetings, business review meetings and monthly forecast discussions
  • Able to work in a collaborative environment as well as in a organization with virtual teams across geographical boundaries
  • Perform effective financial management by managing a divisional income statement and ensure profitability attained inline with target set
  • Proven track record of growing customer and market share
  • Successful people management experience
  • ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • The primary purpose of the EIM Business Unit Manager is to lead, manage, coach and develop an EIM Solution Sales team, as well as consistently achieve revenue and profit targets.
  • In addition to the Sales focus the Businsses Unit Manager is ultimately responsible for the entire business unit that includes Operations and Finance however there are line managers that are responsible for the day-
  • to-day running of these divisions.

  • The successful candidate must have the ability to understand the current EIM market, but more importantly have intiatives and a strong strategy to be a differentiator in the market and propel the business to new heights.
