Our Client Relationship Manager will join our growing team and be accountable for :
1. Sales & Business Development
Hunting and lead generation - ability to develop a plan of action to proactively go after business opportunities in the market place.
Outbound calling - introducing new clients to Drake through networking and leveraging your sales ability on the telephone.
Outside meetings & Networking.
2. Client Service
Facilitate relationships with your client base through proactive communication of deliverables and service, service, service.
3. Project Management
You will manage your pipeline and database of clients daily, monthly and weekly.
Submitting complete and accurate weekly reports, plans, expense reports, etc., as required.
Relevant tertiary qualification
Proven track record successful sales and business development in an outbound capacity - Experience in a recruitment, service or office automation sales environment would be preferable
MS Office literate
Driver's license and own transport is essential
Exceptional customer service and negotiation ability
Excellent time management skills
Strong communication skills
Self-motivated and target driven
