Qualification :

  • National Senior Certificate or equivalent
  • Knowledge and experience :

  • Advanced problem-solving skills.
  • A minimum of 5 years experience in the reception / administrative function.
  • Telephony Skills-Knowledge of operating the Mitel system.
  • Strong understanding how to work in a corporate Environment.
  • Able to deal with customer queries -Advanced.
  • SAP experience.
  • Duties :

  • Routine communication in connection with instructions, requests or normal work tasks. Senior Administrator : Corporate, Directors and managers and Manager Recruitment, Compensation and Benefits.
  • Routine communication with customers or clients, both Internal and external customers.
  • Simple verbal instructions to other Employees and / or Cleaner.
  • Routine communication with customers or clients both internal and external customers on the switchboard including for Visitors that come to Visitors Centre and VIP visits for dispatches.
  • Always deliver excellent customer service with no complaints from customers or manager.
  • Deal with all enquiries in a professional and courteous manner with no outstanding customer queries daily.
  • Liaise between Security reception and security for visitors.
  • Answering telephone, screen and direct calls (managing and operating the switchboard) - Reports from IT.
  • Schedule electronic appointments for meeting rooms - No double bookings.
  • Coordinate meetings and organise catering.
  • Dress code is professional or corporate attire.
  • Ensure cleanliness and appearance of Visitors Centre.
  • Distribute Birthday cards monthly.
  • Execution of UBUNTU policy deliveries.
  • Update Intranet Telephone list & speed dial listing
  • Stock take ordering stationery, crockery & beverages
  • Basic e-mail, fax or mail correspondence-Manager Recruitment, Compensation and Benefits
  • Routine communication with customers or clients both internal and external customers. Booking of meeting rooms.
  • Skills and attributes :

  • Computer literacy-SAP and Intermediate skills on MS office
  • Advanced verbal and written communication Skills.
  • Professional personal Presentation
  • Strong customer service Orientation experience should have been gained in multinational companies.
  • Advanced organizing and Planning.
