Broad experience dealing with various stakeholder on different levels (influence & negotiate
Relevant tertiary Qualification (possibly Financial or Marketing)
Broad exposure to internal areas (Risk, Finance, Legal, IT and Operations)
Previous sales experience
Broad knowledge of Rental and Leasing product offerings
Broad cross-functional knowledge of other Rental and Leasing departments
Broad industry knowledge

Responsibilities :
Strategic / Financial
Achieve and grow rate per day and billed days as per target for car rental
Grow Leased revenue as per target
Grow VAPs revenue as per target
Ensure competitor analysis is conducted ad hoc
Assist Credit Control Department in collection of overdue payments
Ensure all pricing presented to customers has been evaluated and meets the company profitability targets
Grow revenues in line with business targets (for Leasing, Rental, VAPs)
Identify new business opportunities via different channels i.e. direct, Travel Management Company (TMC), website, cold calling tools, referrals, general media, Government Tender media
Operational
CSI targets are achieved
Timeous business reviews are held with all major customers, include Executives where relevant
Business reviews with top 10 customers to be held quarterly or in accordance with customer agreement
Timeous and adequate communication is adhered to with customers at all times
Ensure all Car Rental pricing is renegotiated prior to rate expiry - start negotiations 3 months prior to rates diary
Manage the FML / OLMM fleet to ensure vehicle contracts are aligned with actual usage
Manage the existing client base in accordance with outputs identified in the Service Level Agreement (where applicable)
Ensure customers are adequately updated / informed in regard to all products available and functional processes
Ensure that all ad hoc events are executed according to plan in order to ensure customer satisfaction
Ensure Tenders and RFQ / RFP are timeously submitted
Lost accounts are identified and analysed for acquisition
Ensure SalesForce is effectively managed in line with Sales requirements
Ensure all supporting documents for opening an account (credit facility) are sent to the Finance Department in line with process
Monthly board report completed and submitted on time
Weekly pipeline report completed and submitted on time
Ensure all Car Rental rates are loaded timeously via the Rates Automation system
Identify, build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders within our customers to ensure client satisfaction and future growth.
Align with internal departments to deliver on the set terms and conditions for all of our customers.
Monitor the satisfaction levels of our clients through the CSI program in order to achieve the minimum business required level.
Network to create opportunities internally as well as externally in order to ensure growth and retention targets are met
