The Field Manager will be responsible to direct and coordinate activities of the company and ensure that operations are carried out diligently and to the satisfaction of the client in accordance with the required set standards.

The Responsibility for tis position will include the following : Oversee activities directly related to providing services and market trendsParticipate and execute marketing blitz and other marketing interventionsEnsure the retainment of existing clients through excellent customer relationship managementEmbark on the drive to increase company revenueParticipate in the plan to venture into new marketsOperational Planning and ManagementMotivate teams to produce quality service within the prescribed directivesManage and monitors assigned operational activities ensuring compliance with all TSH and client policies as well as any other applicable lawsManage the movement of assets into and out of the company and continuously update the records / inventoryManagement of resources to ensure the effective and efficient day-to-day running of the client sites.
Ensure that employees are well inducted whilst introduced on site and continuously trainedAt least 10 Years work Experience in the Private Security environment,At least 5 years experience in Middle Management levelMatric (grade 12) CertificateA Tertiary Qualification (NQF Level 6) in Business Management or Operations ManagementProven Track Record in excellent Communication SkillsCertificate in Computer Literacy : MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point and MS Outlook will be an advantage
