  • Manage National Accountagreements and identify new sales opportunities
  • Manage customers at alllevels and develop relationships with commercial and non-commercial accounts
  • Prepare and deliver effective sellingpresentations
  • Communicate approved sales &marketing activities
  • Leverage management tools to analyzedata
  • Develop timely and accurate forecasts for assigned accounts
  • Develop customer shopper marketingplan
  • Execute Retailmarketing programs ensuring deliverables are met on time
  • Manage Retail marketing budget
  • Develop customer specific Retail insights that demonstrate Retail marketing thought leadership and drivecompetitive advantage.
  • Inspire and build confidence in thevalue of retail marketing with interfacing functions and customer contact
  • Monitoring the day to day commercial performance of each account.
  • Managing high level commercial relationships with large retail groups across South Africa with regards to Pharmaceutical products
  • Generating sales for the company.
  • Facilitating pull-through activities.
  • Collaborating directly with customers to understand their needs.
  • Contacting all members of the sales team every day so as to coordinate marketing efforts.
  • Attending conferences, trade shows and exhibitions.
  • Requirements

  • A minimum of 6 years' consistent Key AccountManagement experience in the Pharmaceutical industry
  • A minimum of 4 years Proven FMCG experience
  • Solid national relationships with KeyAccounts (Pick n Pay, Shoprite, Clicks Spar etc...)
  • Tertiary qualification in Marketing isan advantage
  • Strong negotiation and interpersonalskills.
