Description Responsibilities : Effective Management of Restaurant Facilities (Income / Expenditure) and rendering efficient and quality service to our guests.
Experience required in Front House (Waiter Management & Customer Liaison), Kitchen (Stock & Orders), Kiosk / Bar (Sales & Stock), Catering and Stock Taking.
Ability to handle pressure situations. Minimum Criteria : 8+ Years restaurant management experience, Certificate or Diploma in Restaurant Management or equivalent, be proficient in MS Office and Micros, Weekend work essential.
